A few updates regarding COVID-19

Starting from 19th May, our restaurant will open our doors for on premise dine-in. 

The health and safety of our guests and staff has always been our priority, much more so at present. In all of these changes, safe service is now our top priority. We have taken additional time to review our operations and ensure we have the necessary precautions in place to protect our guests and team members before we reopen our dining rooms.


We are working tirelessly behind the scenes to adapt our operations to serve guests while helping combat the spread of COVID-19.

  • When clocking in for their shifts at the restaurant, our staff are prompted to review a list of symptoms, including those of COVID-19, so they know not to clock-in, but to go home if experiencing symptoms, or if they have experienced symptoms in the past 24 hours. *Our staff are provided paid sick leave for work missed due to COVID-19.

  • We are also making thermometers available for our staff to be able to check their temperature before entering the restaurant.

  • For our restaurant staff, cleaning and disinfection is a top priority. We disinfect point-of-sale systems and other high touch points at least every 30 minutes.

  • Limiting, or eliminating if possible, physical interaction between staff, e.g. through physical distancing, split shifts, staggered meal breaks and flexible working arrangements. ​


Please rest assured that we follow relevant SOPs and health guidelines, guests may notice changes inside our restaurants: -

  • Several seats have been removed to provide an adequate space (minimum 2m) between tables.

  • Two seatings (6pm / 8pm) available and sanitization will be carried out after each seating. 

  • Operating under 50% capacity, capping the number of guests (max 12pax) per seating.

  • Increasing sanitisers placed throughout the restaurant, both for guests and staff.

  • Temperature, guest contact details recorded at the door for contact tracing. (Data collected by PGCARE and our reservation platform - TABLEAPP is only used by authorised personnel for contact tracing purposes. Stringent measures are in place to safeguard the data in accordance with data security standards.)


As it has been advised that handwashing with soap and water is the most effective way to reduce risks of an infection, our staff should wash their hands a minimum of every 30 minutes and every time they interact with cash. Aside from sanitizing their hands in addition to handwashing, they also are frequently disinfecting other items they may touch. 


As an additional precaution, guests also may see our staff wearing face masks while working in the restaurant. We are closely monitoring evolving guidelines and complying with all required regulations and mandates regarding restaurant operations. ​Also, our team members are encouraged to ask guests using credit/debit for payment to swipe their own cards, if they can. To further limit person-to-person contact, we will be providing e-wallet payment options as well. ​
