Let’s welcome our sous chef - Shalin, who whips up yummy desserts every day and leads a team full of boys in the kitchen 👩🏻‍🍳👊🏻 ⁣


For ‘people of gēn’ project Vol.2, Shalin will be hosting pastry and baking workshops once a fortnight in a fun and friendly atmosphere, where they include recipes and techniques that will give you the foundation you need to have fun in the kitchen and to successfully whip up delicious sweets and treats. Shalin will also share loads of tips and tricks that you can take back to your own kitchen. ⁣

From time to time, we will be featuring each of our team members who are often hidden behind the scenes but make our restaurant operations thrive.
